Refund Policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, we are unable to cancel or refund the order upon request. However, after your package has been delivered, you may contact us to request a refund in accordance with this policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged, defective, or not functioning properly. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've reviewed your refund request and let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method for the amount paid at the time of purchase. If a discount code or promotion was applied to your order, your refund will reflect the discounted purchase price.

Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
